Child Safety Standards

The following are banned outright on KissnTells:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including drawn, animated and computer-generated depictions
• Sexualisation of a minor: text, images, video or audio that presents anyone under 18 in a sexual manner
• Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to solicit a minor for sexual purposes
• Trafficking of minors, and advertising, soliciting or facilitating it
• Use of the service by anyone under 18, including through an account created with false details
• Sharing, requesting or linking to CSAE material hosted anywhere else

These rules also form part of our Terms of Service, and they apply to every part of the app: profiles, photos, reels, direct messages, rooms and calls.

• Age is collected at sign-up. Every account must give a date of birth, and an account whose date of birth is under 18 cannot be created.
• The store listing is 18+. KissnTells is rated Mature 17+, PEGI 18 and USK 18, and is targeted only at adults.
• We act on age reports. Where we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, whether from a report, from their own statements, or from their content, we suspend the account immediately and remove it if the doubt is not resolved.

Every place a person or their content appears in KissnTells carries a report control. Open the … menu on a profile, a chat, a reel, a room message, or a person on the map, and choose Report. Child safety is one of the reasons offered.

You can also block anyone from the same menu, which immediately hides you from each other.

Reporting does not require you to identify yourself to the person you report, and the person reported is never told who reported them.

• Reports flagged as child safety are the highest priority and are reviewed ahead of all other reports.
• Where we find CSAE content or conduct, we remove the content, terminate the account, and preserve the evidence as required by law.
• We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and cooperate with law enforcement requests.
• We do not restore a terminated account on appeal where CSAE was confirmed.

KissnTells complies with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where it operates, including United States federal reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.
