Delete your account

You can delete your KissnTells account at any time. Deletion is permanent. The account cannot be recovered, and you cannot sign in again afterwards.

Option 1: delete it in the app

This takes effect immediately.

  1. Open KissnTells and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under Danger zone, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with Delete forever.

Your data is removed straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2: request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, or you have already uninstalled the app, email us and we will delete the account for you. You do not need to install anything.

Write to kissntells.llc@gmail.com with the subject Account deletion request, and include:

  • the email address on the account, and
  • the phone number on the account, if you added one. We use it only to confirm the account is yours.

We verify the request comes from the account holder before acting on it, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We email you to confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

  • Your login: email address, password and phone number
  • Your profile: name, display picture, photos, bio, date of birth, height, gender, ethnicity, religion, relationship status, languages and interests
  • Your location
  • Your chats: every conversation and message, and the photos and videos in them
  • Your matches, likes and passes
  • Your reels, and the comments and likes you left on other people’s
  • Your room messages and room memberships
  • Your call history
  • Your contacts:the data used for “People you know”
  • Your support tickets, and any screenshots attached to them
  • Your notifications and notification settings
  • Your devices: the tokens used to send you push notifications

Files such as photos and videos are removed from our storage within 24 hours of the account being deleted.

What we keep, and why

Two things survive deletion, and neither is linked to you. Your name, email address, phone number and every other identifying detail have already been destroyed by that point, so what remains cannot be traced back to a person.

  • Records of coin purchases, for accounting and tax, and to answer refund or chargeback questions from Apple and Google. Retained for 7 years.
  • Safety records, meaning reports and blocks involving the account. These are kept so that reports made about other people are not erased, and so that a banned account cannot be cleared simply by deleting it. Retained for 3 years.

Before you delete

  • Coins are lost. Any unspent coins, and anything bought with them, are gone and are not refundable.
  • Store subscriptions are separate. KissnTells does not sell subscriptions, but if you ever started one through Google Play or the App Store, cancel it there. Deleting your account here does not cancel a store subscription.
  • You cannot get the account back. Signing up again with the same details creates a new, empty account.
